This machine is applied for edge isolation of crystalline silicon solar cell. Compared to traditional chemical corrosion method, the laser edge isolation method is cleaner and more environment protective, which features higher speed, simpler operation, lower cost and higher pass-rate. The machine can efficiently improve Ef (conversion efficiency) & FF (fill factor) of the silicon solar cell. It adopts US-imported high-quality diode laser system and Germany-imported high-accuracy scanning system, with compact design and lifelong free of maintenance.
Our laser edge isolation machine has been integrated with auto loading & unloading system, and can be also integrated into an automatic production line to further improve the production efficiency. It is also applicable for high-speed automatic laser scribing.
